As a small business, we carefully manage our inventory and production, which means that all sales are final. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kruzrunning@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photos of the item. We'll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
